Nuru Mia Gold Cup from today

Nuru Mia Gold Cup Football Tournament will get underway today with hosts Faridpur taking on Meherpur in the opening match.
A total of sixteen teams will take part in the competition. The final match will be held on October 15.
A press conference was held yesterday at the Faridpur Krira Sangstha auditorium in connection with the tournament.
Champions will receive Tk 5 lakh while runners up Tk 2 lakh and each participating team will get Tk 20, 000.
Labour and Employment Minister Engineer Khondoker Mosharraf Hossain will inaugurate the meet.
