FAREAST ISLAMI LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY
One of the corporate sponsors/directors of the insurer, Fareast Finance and Investment, has completed buying its 7,000 shares at prevailing market price through stock exchange as announced earlier.

Trading of the units of the fund will be allowed only on the spot market and block/odd lot transactions will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from today to Monday. Trading will remain suspended on Tuesday, the record date.

Trading will remain suspended on August 18, as book closure starts from August 19. The company also said due to unavoidable circumstances the book closure period for its 46th AGM will now be from August 19 to 25 instead of August 10 to 25. Other information of the AGM will remain the same as announced earlier.
