Four bodies recovered in Faridpur

Four bodies were recovered from three police stations of the district on Wednesday night.
Of them, two bodies were identified while two others remained unidentified.
Alfadanga police recovered the body of Sekander Molla,40, a farmer and son of Shorab Molla from in Jati village of Charpara under Alfadaga upazila at around 10:00 pm.
The officer-in-charge (OC) of Alfadanga police station, Ariful Haque said, Sekadar might have been stabbed to death following previous enmity.
Modhukhali police recovered the body of Josna Rani ,25, wife of Sukanto Kumar Biswas of Goriadah village of Domain union under Modhukhali upazila at around 1:30 pm.
The investigation officer (IO) of the case, SI Abdur Rab, said, Josna might have committed suicide by hanging herself with the ceiling of her house following family feud.
Bolamari police recovered two unidentified bodies of two young boys aged between 14-16 from a sack floating in a pond of Satoyor area of Boalmari upazila at around 8:30 pm.
SI Abul Kalam Azad said, the boys might have been strangled and later thrown into the pond.
Boalmari, Alfadanga and Modhukhali police recovered the bodies and sent them to Faridpur Medical College and Hospital morgue for autopsy yesterday.
Three murder cases and an unnatural death (UD) case were lodged with the respective police stations.
