Shamim joins Betar as DG

AKM Shamim Chowdhury yesterday joined Bangladesh Betar as its director general, said an official notification of the establishment ministry.
Earlier, he served as the director general the of Press Institute of Bangladesh (PIB), the Principal Information Officer (PIO) and the Director General of the Department of Film and Publication, it added.
