BANGLADESH SERVICES
The company's Board of Directors recommended 15 percent stock dividend for 2009. The AGM will be held on August 1 (at 6pm) at Dhaka Sheraton Hotel. The book closure period is July 4 to August 1. It also reported earning per share of Tk 2.14, net asset value per share of Tk 24.92 and net operating cash flow per share of Tk 4.57,as of December 31, 2009. There was no price limit on the trading of shares yesterday following its corporate declaration.
HIMADRI
The company said the book closure period would be from June 22 to June 28 instead of June 15 to June 28. It also reported earnings per share of Tk 1.49, as of December 31, 2009 against Tk 1.36, as of December 31, 2008.
NAVANA CNG
The company recommended 10 percent cash dividend and 20 percent stock dividend, as of March 31, 2010. The AGM will be held on July 22 (at 9:30am) at Bashundhara Convention Centre in Dhaka. The record date is June 22. It also reported earnings per share of Tk 8.01, net asset value per share of Tk 25.29 and net operating cash flow per share of Tk 10.82, as of March 31, 2010. There was no price limit on the trading of shares yesterday following its corporate declaration.
FIRST BANGLADESH SHILPA RIN SANGSTHA MUTUAL FUND
The fund has reported, on the close of operations on Thursday, net asset value of Tk 1,655.89 per unit on current market price and Tk 238.91 per unit on cost price against face value of Tk 100. Net assets stood at over Tk 11.94 crore after considering all assets and liabilities.
PHOENIX FINANCE FIRST MUTUAL FUND
On the close of operations on June 8, the fund has reported net asset value of Tk 10.44 per unit on current market price and Tk 10.01 per unit on cost price against face value of Tk 10. The fund's total net assets stood at more than Tk 62.65 crore on market price and over Tk 60.08 on cost price after considering all assets and liabilities.
PUBALI BANK
The bank's share trading will be allowed only on the spot market and block/odd lot transactions will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle from today to Wednesday. Trading will remain suspended on Tuesday, the record date for EGM.
PRIME BANK 1ST ICB AMCL MUTUAL FUND
The fund has reported net asset value of Tk 11.61 per unit on current market price and Tk 11.12 per unit on cost price against face value of Tk 10, on the close of operation on June 08. The fund's total net assets stood at more than Tk 116 .08 crore on market price and more than Tk 111.18 crore on cost price after considering all assets and liabilities.
ICB EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT MF 1: SCHEME 1
Net asset value of Tk 11.91 per unit on current market price and Tk 11.14 per unit on cost price against face value of Tk 10 has been reported by the fund on the close of operation on June 8. Total net assets stood at over Tk 89.33 crore on market price and more than Tk 83.58 crore on cost price after considering all assets and liabilities.
