Member of Bangladesh Rifles (BDR) arrested a Chhatra League leader and his close aide with 16 bottles of phensidyl in Birampur upazila of Dinajpur district yesterday morning. The arrestees are Pervez Alam Khan alias Galib, 32, a leader of BCL Dinajpur district unit, and Belal Hossain Babu, 40, of Ramnangar village under Birampur upazila. They also seized a Motorbike from the arrestees. BDR sources said Pervez was wanted in several criminal case filed with Birampur Police Station.
