Subhas Datta hospitalised

Noted film director, actor and cultural activist Subhas Datta was hospitalised in Patuakhali on Thursday with chest pains.
Family sources said when he became ill at his daughter's house in Sadar road area in the town, he was admitted to the 250-bed Patuakhali General Hospital around 10:00am.
Subhas came to Patuakhali on May 10 to visit his daughter Shilpee.
FM Atiqur Rahman, medicine specialist of the hospital, said Datta has been suffering from pains in his chest.
“We hope he will recover from illness in a day or two,” he added.
