History-based programme “Itihasher Kherokhata” on BTV tonight

Each episode of the programme will feature discussions on different historical eras.

First episode of the history-based talk show “Itihasher Kherokhata” will be aired tonight at 8:30 pm on Bangladesh Television. Compiled by Tapash Roy, the programme is directed by Tuhin Reza.
Each episode of the programme will feature discussions on different historical eras. Renowned personalities, including historians, educationists, politicians, Language Movement veterans and artistes, will appear as guests on the show.
Historians Professor Syed Anwar Hossain, Professor Sharifullah Bhuiyan, Professor Momtazuddin Patwari; educationists Professor Jatin Sarkar, National Professor Kabir Chowdhury, Dr. Harun-ur-Rashid; politicians Suranjit Sen Gupta and Abdur Razzaque and Language Movement veteran Dr. Halima Khatun are among the guests to appear on the show.
In the course of the programme, the guests will discuss a certain topic highlighting an era in history.
The programme will be aired on Saturdays.
