Muhith in hospital

Finance Minister AMA Muhith is under observation at the intensive care unit (ICU) of Square Hospital, Dhaka, due to high blood pressure.
"The minister is out of danger," said Prof Sanawar Hossain, director of Medical Services of Square Hospital, during a press briefing at the hospital.
Doctors had advised him (Muhith) a week's bed rest, he added.
The 78-year-old finance minister was admitted to the hospital yesterday around 6:00am, as he felt unwell.
"A medical team comprised of neurologists, cardiologists and other experts examined him [Muhith] today [Tuesday]. After diagnoses, they advised seven days' rest and medicines.
"They also suggested that the minister continues his physiotherapy," said Prof Hossain.
The finance minister would be kept at the ICU for the next seven days, he added.
Mirza Nazim Uddin, ICU chief of the hospital, was also present at the press briefing.
