Kulfa Goshthi became champions in the AM Sayedur Rahman Memorial T-20 cricket tournament with a seven-wicket victory over Green Valley at the Shaheed Miraj-Tapan Stadium here yesterday.
Green Valley batted first and were bowled out for only 64 runs in 19.3 overs. Rocky took three wickets while Rabby and Obaidur took two wickets each for Kulfa Goshthi.
In reply, Kulfa Goshthi reached 69 runs in just 11.4 overs with Rocky scoring highest 29 not out and Aizal making 21.
Rocky of Kulfa Goshthi was adjudged man-of-the-final for his brilliant all-round performance.
A total of eight teams took part in the tournament.
