Through your columns, I wish to offer my heartiest and profoundest congratulations to Fazle Hasan Abed of Brac on the announcement that he will be conferred knighthood (Knight Commander) by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in recognition of his most noble services to the poor, deprived and disadvantaged of Bangladesh and elsewhere.
May Fazle Hasan Abed live long, in good health and in happiness.
