Schoolboy killed under wheels of bus in Gazipur

A schoolboy was killed in a road accident in Gazipur yesterday.
The victim, identified as Mostakim, 11, a student of class three of Shilmoon Government Primary School, died on the spot around 10:00am.
Angry mob staged a demonstration at the death by blocking Tongi-Kaliganj road for about two hours.
Officer-in-Charge Tapan Chandra Saha of Tongi Police Station said a Kaliganj-bound bus ran over Mostakim when he was crossing the road on his way to school.
Police seized the bus. A case was lodged in this connection.
