2 divisions created in law ministry

The Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs has been divided into two divisions -- Legislative and Drafting Division, and Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Division.
A gazette notification to this effect was issued yesterday, sources said last night.
Earlier on December 22, Law Minister Shafique Ahmed told The Daily Star that there would be no conflict between the judicial and non-judicial officials of the ministry if it is divided into two divisions.
