Biswa Ijtema on Jan 25-27

The three-day Biswa Ijtema, the largest congregation of Muslims after Hajj, will begin at Tongi on January 25 next year.
On this occasion, a preparatory meeting was held at Tongi Ijtema ground yesterday with Local Government and Rural Development Adviser Anwarul Iqbal in chair.
The meeting stressed the need for ensuring proper sanitation and supply of water for the devotees without polluting the river Turag.
