New chief for Essential Drugs

Ehsanul Kabir Joglul, a dermatologist, has recently been appointed as the managing director of Essential Drugs Company, the state-owned firm said yesterday.
Prior to the appointment, Joglul was the head of the dermatology department of Bangladesh Medical College Hospital. He also served Bangladesh Medical Association as the treasurer.
