NCC Bank has extended the tenure of its chairman, Md Nurun Newaz Salim, by reelecting him for the next term, the bank said in a statement yesterday.
Salim is an industrialist and entrepreneuar and serves Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industry as senior vice president, according to the statement.
He is a former chairman of Central Insurance Co Ltd, trustee of Feni University, chairman of Electro Mart Ltd and Trade International Ltd.
