A three-wheeler, overloaded with sacks of rice, on Dhaka-Kishoreganj highway in Bajitpur, Kishoreganj. The authorities have been struggling for years to keep these vehicles off the highways. Transport associations say that these three-wheelers are one of the major causes of frequent crashes.
