A transformer barely two feet above the ground poses risk to children in the capital's Nasirabad, as it is next to Nasirabad High School on Tri Mohoni Road. The electrical device was set-up for farmers in the 80s when the area was still relatively low-lying. However, as the locality developed, the transformer has become a cause for concern.
