Poetry

Our Story

Here, we stand in silence;

Under a dripping umbrella

You and me,

And our thousand untold words!

On such a dense, dark day,

Can we find the words?

On such a cloudy, showery day,

Can we open our hearts?

Evening descends

Time elapses.

The water drips down the green leaves,

The rikshaws roll down the city road,

There

You and me

And our endless story waits for an end.
