Come join the fun filled amazing journey which will be taking you from an exhibition, to award ceremony, to a fashion show, followed by dazzling music performances by the famous Dithi Chowdhury, Imran Rahman and Pintu!! You will also be witnessing a spectacular 'Fashion Fusion', fashion drama, by Tootli Rahman.

JAZZ PLANET 2.0

Venue: Gulshan North Club Limited, Road 71, Gulshan 2

A live jazz performance by the Imran Ahmed Trio, The Seesaw Quartet and Robert Russell Trio. Jazz Planet started its journey at the end of 2018 with a live performance of Imran Ahmed Trio. Imran Ahmed Trio- A group consisting of Imran Ahmed (guitar), Mohaimin Karim (bass) and Arjo Sreshtho (drums). The trio have been performing extensively throughout Dhaka and are always working towards establishing a prominent jazz scene in the country of Bangladesh. By working with different projects, they have been successfully exposing this kind of music to different crowds. At present the trio is mostly working on new music that are centred around modern jazz, Latin music, flamenco and gypsy jazz. Their aim is to enrich their sound in a continuous process. The group released its debut album “Away and Home” consisting of five originals in 2017 and is currently playing concerts on a regular basis locally and internationally. They toured Germany and Malaysia in May 2018 where played at renowned venues and jazz festivals. Their objective as performers is to share with the audience their love and affection of creating music that incorporates elements of Asian, Middle Eastern, Jazz, Classical, Latin and Rock music. Their original music is unique, complex and eclectic. Tickets are priced at Tk 300.
