Contemporary wear for Eid

You can find kurtis in all sorts of materials like silk, matte satin, linen, and even cotton, with appliques, beadwork, pleats and embroidery on them. 

TOPS
From cotton to silk, tops can be found in plenty of different cuts. You can either opt for a short top, which gives more of a Western vibe, or you can go for those that are knee-length with added layers and frills for a fancier feel. Often based on the contrast among a few colours, these are finished off with embroideries, hand stiches and even beadwork. Some of these even come with their own pockets so that you don't have to carry around your phone in your hands all the time. Tunics are also quite popular this Eid, with floral prints and tribal designs being hot favourites. Match these with long pendants, and you are good to go in the morning! 

PANTS

From tie-dye harem pants, to slim fit cotton pants, or even printed jeggings, the options on this one are endless! While harem pants are immensely comfortable in the summer heat and look great with short tops, slim fit pants and jeggings may be a better option for kurtis. With longer tops, you can match it with almost any type that you like, and you are good to go!

Long skirts are back this Eid, and matched with a short top or even a kurti, these are perfect for a carefree boho look, as the long skirts add dimension to your outfit. You can opt for the classic monochrome colours or floral prints to channel sophisticated elegance. Alternatively, you can go a bit bolder and try out the new tie-dyed or batik printed ones for a chic retro look. 

JEWELLERY
Bead jewelleries are trending big right now, with beads of all sizes and colours available to pair with and finish off a contemporary look. Alternatively, you can add a metal bracelet or metal earrings to your outfit so that it looks more traditional or bold, depending on our pick. Simultaneously, you can opt for something gold plated, or even go for silver, to add a touch of sophistication to your outfit.
