Indian clothes seized

Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) seized huge Indian cloths along with a covered-van worth Tk 5 crore from the export terminal of Benapole Port yesterday.
Tipped-off, a BGB team raided the export terminal of the port in the morning and seized a covered-van loaded with huge Indian cloths, said BGB 26 Commending Officer Lt Matiur Rahman.
However, the driver and the helper of the vehicle managed to flee, sensing the presence of BGB men.
A case was filed with Benapole Port Police Station in this connection.
