ICAB awards firms for best presented annual reports

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh yesterday awarded different organisations, including banks, non-banks, insurers and manufacturing entities, at the ICAB National Awards for their best presented annual reports in 2013.
The awards ceremony took place at Sonargaon Hotel in the capital.
Hedayetullah Al Mamoon, senior commerce secretary; Showkat Hossain, ICAB president; and Abbas Uddin Khan, chairman of the review committee for published accounts and reports of the ICAB, were also present.
