7 children die in Sylhet govt hospital for unknown reasons

At least seven children have died at Sylhet’s state-managed MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital in the last 16 hours until this morning for reasons still unconfirmed.

Families of the victims blame the doctors’ negligence for the deaths, reports our Sylhet correspondent.

The hospital authorities formed a four-member probe body headed by Prof Ismail Hossain Patowari over the deaths this morning, said Brig Gen Abdus Sabur Mia, director of the hospital.
