Jessore crowned champions

A 63-ball 83 from Hasanuzzaman and a 5-wicket haul from Masum Billah helped Jessore win their first National Cricket Championship title yesterday, beating Sylhet by 4 wickets in the final of the 35th edition of the competition at the Pabna District Stadium.

Batting first, Sylhet posted 238. In reply, Jessore reached their target in 46.2 overs with four wickets remaining.
