First Junior Golf tees off

1st Bangladesh Junior Open Golf Competition teed off at the Kurmitola Golf Club in Dhaka yesterday with 93 golfers, including seven female golfers, from 12 gold clubs taking part in the competition, said a press release from the Bangladesh Golf Federation yesterday.
Syed Shahed Reza, the secretary general of Bangladesh Olympic Association, inaugurated the event as the chief guest of the opening ceremony. The event will conclude tomorrow and a prize distribution ceremony will be held after the conclusion of the event.
