Female teacher brings rape charges against student

A female teacher of an educational institute has sued her student on charge of rape in the capital.
According to the case statement, the 32-year-old teacher alleged that the 24-year-old student developed physical relations with her with a promise to marry her a few months ago.
As the student refused to marry her on Wednesday, she filed the case with Mirpur Police Station on Saturday night.
Police yesterday took the teacher to Dhaka Medical College where a forensic test on her has been done. The result of the test is yet to known. The accused went into hiding after filing of the case.
