Shimul Mustafa's recitation event returns for the 5th time

Renowned recitation artiste Shimul Mustafa is organising a solo recitation event, titled "Jontronar Megh Brishti Jhor", for the fifth time, hosted by Boikuntho Abritti Academy. 

The event is scheduled to take place at the National Theatre of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy (BSA) on Friday (October 20) at 7 pm.

Shimul Mustafa expressed, "Poetry speaks of people, nature, humanity, and the struggles of society. Recitation is the name given to placing these poems in people's hearts. That's why I've been doing this for 42 years. I believe recitation is an art of the mind, I make poetry accessible, and people love it."

The event's coordinator, Nipun Niyamat, mentioned, "With the diligent efforts of a group of enthusiastic and brave young talents from Boikuntho, we have organised this event for the fifth time. We hope the event will be a success, thanks to the contributions and dedication of all involved. In this event, Shimul Mustafa will recite poems on various subjects, including the Liberation War, betrayal, and love."
