Prime video unveils “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power” trailer
Prime Video has released a new trailer for "The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power", a new live-action movie based on the works of J R R Tolkien. The series will take place in the Second Age of Middle-Earth, as a prequel of popular movie trilogy by Peter Jackson.
Robert Aramayo and Morfydd Clark play younger versions of Elrond and Galadriel in The Rings of Power. The series will also look at Sauron's rise to power, the making of the "Rings of Power," and the path Isildur (Maxim Baldry) took to become a great human leader in the fight against the forces of evil.
The trailer confirms that "The Rings of Power" will feature heroes of all races working together to battle a new evil spawned from the ashes of the last great war.
The cast includes Cynthia Addai-Robinson, Owain Arthur, Nazanin Boniadi, Ismael Cruz Córdova Arondir and Charles Edwards among many others.
"The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power" will be releasing on Prime Video on September 2.
