Actress Mahiya Mahi has returned to shooting after completing Hajj with her husband in Saudi Arabia.

The actress will start shooting on 17 December in Chayanika Chowdhury's web film, titled "Kagojer Biye", which also features Emon.  The screenplay has been written by Komol Chowdhury.

Both Emon and Mahiya Mahi were subject to controversy on social media, when an old phone conversation between both the actors and former State Minister for Information, Murad Hasan was leaked online. However, both the actors have overcome that trauma, and have started shooting.

"The web film will star Mahiya Mahi, DA Tayeb and Emon together. We will start the shooting of the web-film from December 17 across various locations of Dhaka, "says Chayanika Chowdhury.
