'It is an artiste’s duty to perform with compassion and care'

Mosharraf Karim is reported to be the lead in the new serial "Rang Dhang". Directed by Sohail Hasan and written by Yusuf Ali Khokon, the shoot for this show started yesterday at Vadun village in Gazipur.

Besides Mosharraf Karim, the show also stars Robena Reza Jasmine, Waliul Haque Rumi and Sabuj, among others.

The actor will be playing the role of a rural theatre worker in the project, who works for the betterment of the society.

"The storyline is quite different than the works I usually do," said Mosharraf Karim to The Daily Star. "It is an artiste's duty to perform with compassion and care, and I did the same for this serial," he added.
