I transformed my body for ‘Mission Extreme’: Arifin Shuvoo
The release date for the much anticipated police action thriller, "Mission Extreme", has been set for December 3.
Even though it had been set twice on the occasion of Eid, the Covid-19 situation meant that the release had to be postponed.
"I was very eager for the release date," says Arifin Shuvoo, the lead actor of the film, to The Daily Star. "I worked really hard for the film, transforming my body for the role and staying fit."
At one point, the "Dhaka Attack" star even dislocated a ligament while training for the film. "If the audience accepts the film, I'll forget all the hardships that I had to face," said an enthusiastic Shuvoo.
"Mission Extreme", directed by Sunny Sanwar and Foysal Ahmed, stars Jannatul Ferdous Oishee opposite Shuvoo. The film also features Taskin Rahman, Sadia Nabila, Sumit Sengupta, Raisul Islam Asad, Fazlur Rahman Babu, Shatabdi Wadud, Maznun Mizan, Iresh Zaker and Manoj Pramanik, among others.
The film will release under the banner of COP Creation.
