On March 8, “Freedom-Persona Ajker Nari powered by Dabur Vatika Hair oil” honoured eight eminent, talented and successful women in their respective fields on the International Women's Day, at the premises of ACI. Eminent theatre personality Aly Zaker was chief guest, while Senior Fellow of CPD Debapriyo Bhattachariya was the special guest at the event, says a press release.
Beauty specialist and managing director of Persona, Kaniz Almas Khan; managing director of ACI Salt and executive director of ACI Limited, Syed Alamgir; executive editor of Canvas, Sheikh Saifur Rahman were also present at the ceremony.
The award winners are Jannatul Mawa (Photography), Tamara Hossain Abed (Social Service), Nishat Majumdar (Sports), Farzana Wahid Shayan (Music), Monowara Hakim Ali (Entrepreneur), Lipi Khandakar (Fashion), Sadika Hasan Sejuti (IT) and Sonia Bashir (Corporate).
