Drink water before you're thirsty
If you wait until you are thirsty, then you're already dehydrated. Instead of experiencing that dry-mouth feeling, get into the routine of drinking a glass of water every hour or so, whether you're thirsty or not. And, if you need extra incentive to keep refueling, try out a new hydration habit: flavour your water with lemon, cucumber, herbs, etc.
