Death Anniversary

Today is the 20th death anniversary of ATM Walie Ashraf, a freedom fighter and former parliamentarian.
He was the founder editor of “Janomot”, first Bangla newsweekly in the UK.
On the occasion, a doa and milad mahfil will be held at his grave in Bancharampur and another milad mahfil at his Mayakanan residence in Kamalpur, says a press release.
Relatives, friends and admirers are requested to attend.
