Death anniversary

Today is the second death anniversary of veteran Awami League leader and freedom fighter Abdur Razzak.
On the occasion, AL and its associate bodies and different social organisations will place wreaths on his grave at 9:00am in the capital's Banani graveyard and a munajat will also be offered there.
Besides, foods will be distributed among the destitute in Dhaka and Shariatpur today. On Friday, discussions will be held in his remembrance on Teacher-Student Centre on Dhaka University campus.
Abdur Razzak, also a former minister, died at the age of 69 at a hospital in London on December 23, 2011.
