Phensidyl seized

Police seized 600 bottles of phensidyl from a private car at Paharpur village in Nachole upazila of the district yesterday. Fasiruddin, officer-in-charge of Nachole Police Station, said, Acting on a tip-off, police intercepted the car in the area around 6:00am, but the driver managed to flee, sensing the presence of the law enforcers. They (police) later found phensidyl inside the car and seized the vehicle, said the OC.
