Parliamentary body on home for prioritising Nusrat murder
The parliamentary standing committee on home affairs has recommended prioritising the murder of Feni madarasa student Nusrat Jahan Rafi.
At a meeting held at Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban this afternoon, it recommended to take the incident with highest sincerity for ensuring justice in this regard.
Members of the committee including Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal were present at the meeting with Shamsul Haque Tuku, president of the committee, in the chair.
Nusrat Jahan Rafi was set on fire after she protested an incident of sexual assault on her.
