Liquor seized

Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) in a drive seized 287 bottles of wine and eight bottles of beer in Chandranagar area under Companiganj upazila of the district on Friday. The border guards, acting on a tip-off, raided the area and seized the liquor and beer worth around Tk4.32 lakh. None was arrested in this connection, said BGB sources.
