Judgment date deferred for 4th time
The date for delivery of judgment against six Hizb ut-Tahrir men, including its chief coordinator Mohiuddin Ahmed, was deferred for the fourth time by a Dhaka court yesterday.
The case was filed against the members of the banned militant outfit for conspiring against the government.
Judge Majibur Rahman of the Anti-Terrorism Special Tribunal of Dhaka set January 30 as the new date, stating that he was unable to prepare the judgment for the case.
Court sources said, the tribunal had adjourned the date three times before on similar grounds.
