2 bodies found in Teknaf, Chakoria

Police claimed recovery of dead bodies of two youths’ from Teknaf and Chakoria upazilas of Cox’s bazaar this morning.

In Chakoria, an unidentified body of a 38-year-old man was found in Shaharbil canal, said Bakhtiar Uddin Chowdhury, officer-in-charge of Chakoria Police Station.

The body of Sajjad Hossain Imran, 23, was found at Noakhali Para, Teknaf, said Inspector Anwar Hossain, in-charge of Baharchhora Police Investigation Centre.

The bodies have been sent to Cox’s Bazar District Sadar Hospital for autopsy, our local correspondent reports.
