Mother, son die from burn injuries in Dhaka hospital

Two more members of a family lost battle for life on Wednesday, five days after they suffered serious burn injuries in a fire at Madilahat village in Phulbari upazila on Saturday.

Sufia Begum, 42, and her son Roni, 17, of the village, died at the burn unit of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University in Dhaka.

Earlier on Sunday, Monira Khatun, 15, daughter of Sufia, succumbed to her burn injuries at Rangpur Medical College Hospital.
