Golam Sarwar new law secretary

Md Golam Sarwar, senior joint secretary to law and justice division of the law ministry, has been given the responsibility of secretary of this division till further order.

The law ministry issued a gazette notification yesterday to this effect.

The appointment was made as tenure of ASSM Zahirul Haque Dulal’s appointment as secretary to the division expired yesterday.

On August 7, 2017, Zahirul Haque was reappointed as secretary to the law and justice division of law, justice and parliamentary affairs ministry for two years.

The government had appointed him on a contractual basis on condition of cancellation of his leave prior retirement with the approval of the president.
