College girl commits 'suicide'

A college girl allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself in Puratan Koshba area in Jessore town on Saturday night.

The deceased was identified as Tahsin Mim, 17, daughter of Abdul Mannan and a second year student of Jessore Government College.

Police said Mim committed suicide in her room after a quarrel with her mother and younger sister around 11:00pm.
