Bangladeshi cinema Gohin Baluchor will be released in Canada and America as this year’s first Bangladeshi film on January 19.
Directed by Badrul Anam Saud and distributed by Swapno Scarecrow, the movie will be released in Canada’s Toronto, Winnipeg and Calgary in the country’s biggest multiplex chain, Cineplex Entertainment, according to a press release by cinema’s distributor.
On the other hand, world’s second and third largest multiplex chain, Regal Cineplex and Cinemark Theatres will open the movie in New York, Virginia and Plano (Dallas), the press release said quoting Md Oliullah Sajib, president of Swapno Scarecrow.
Although the rush of Hollywood movies during Christmas and New Year caused some changes in the releasing schedule of Gohin Baluchor, it will release in all the expected cinema halls in later weeks, the press release also says quoting Md Oliullah Sajib.
The cinema halls in Canada to open Gohin Baluchor are:
1. Cineplex, Eglinton Town Centre, Toronto
2. Cineplex, Sunridge Spectrum, Calgary
3. Cineplex, Cinema City Northgate, Winnipeg
The cinema halls in America to open Gohin Baluchor on January 19 are:
1. Regal U A Kaufman Astoria, new York City
2. Regal Ballston Commons, Arlington, Virginia
3. Cinemark Legacy and XD, Plano Dallas
