82,500 get primary terminal scholarships

A total of 82, 500 students got scholarships in the Primary Terminal Examinations 2015 this year which has increased by 27,500 compared to the last year, Primary and Mass Education Minister Mustafizur Rahman announced today.

Among them, 33,000 students will get Tk 300 per month in the talent pool category and 49,500 students will get Tk 225 per month in the general pool category, the minister said while announcing the scholarship list at the Primary and Mass Education Ministry.

The scholarship amount has been increased in both the categories -- by Tk 100 in the talent pool category and Tk 75 in the general pool category, he said at the press briefing.
