Could Dexter be playing Daredevil next?

Last month, a rumor spread quickly that Marvel wants Dexter star Michael C. Hall to take the lead in their upcoming Daredevil TV series for Netflix. During an interview, the actor claims it's only a rumor, though he would "definitely consider" taking on the role. "I've heard them, but I think that's all they are - rumors. Don't misunderstand, I would definitely consider it ... but I can't tell you any inside information, because I think they're nothing but rumors." The 43-year-old actor is the right age to play blind lawyer-turned-vigilante Matt Murdock, and he is said to have "the right obscurity" that Marvel wants when finding actors for their projects, even though the actor has become well known for playing the title character for eight years on Showtime's Dexter.
