Youth stabbed to death

A youth was stabbed to death in Chittagong's Bakalia area on Monday. The deceased is Mohammad Jashim, 20, from Comilla, said police.

Jashim, a worker at a tailoring shop in New Market area, had an altercation with another worker, Mohammad Mobarak, over money he had borrowed from Mobarak, said Inspector Kabir Hossain of Bakalia Police Station.

At one point, Mobarak stabbed Jashim, he added. He was declared dead at CMCH around 11:30pm. A case was filed. Police are looking for Mobarak.
