Technical glitch delays flights for six hours at Ctg airport

A flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines (BG-123) departed Chittagong Shah Amanat International Airport for Muscat about six hours later yesterday, said airport sources.

Due to a technical glitch, the door of the aircraft was not closing, said Palash Kanti Nath, assistant commissioner of immigration police at the airport, adding, the 315 passengers were brought down and taken to another Biman aircraft which departed around 2:25pm.
