Rotary welfare programmes announced

Rotary Governor AFM Alamgir has announced welfare programmes for 2018-19, says a press release.

The programmes include promoting peace, fighting diseases and providing clean water.

He was addressing a press conference at Jatiya Press Club in Dhaka on Saturday on the occasion of Rotary year launching 2018-19.

Former governors FH Arif, Zainul Abedin, Shamsul Huda, Rotarian Mansur Alam, Deputy Governor Abul Khair Chowdhury, Cosmopolitan President Tofazzel Patowary spoke. District secretaries Abdul Malek, Shahidul Bari, Mutasim Billah Faruqi and other leaders were also present.
